GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE OF REMI MAKEUP ONLINE STORE

1-These General Terms and Conditions set out the general terms and conditions of sale via the online store accessible on the Website www.remimakeup.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) These General Terms also set out the terms for the provision of free services electronically by Remy Make-up.

2- General provisions and use of the Online Shop.

1. All rights to the Online Store, including copyright, intellectual property rights, rights to the name of the Store, the Internet domain name, the Store Website, as well as the templates, forms, logos accessible on the Store Website (with the exception of logos and photographs accessible on the Store Website used to present the Products and whose copyright belongs to third parties) belong to the Seller. These rights and the elements to which they relate may only be used with the written consent of the Seller, and under the conditions specified by the Seller.

2. To place an order on the Online Store via the Store Website, and to use the services available on the Store Website, it is necessary for the Customer to provide a valid email address and telephone number.

3. The Customer is prohibited from publishing illegal content and from using the Online Store, the Online Store Website or the free services provided by the Seller in a manner contrary to the law, morality and public order, or infringing the rights of third parties.

4. The Seller further declares that the public nature of the Internet network and the use of services provided by electronic means may involve risks of fraudulent acquisition and modification of the Customer’s data by unauthorized persons. Consequently, the Seller recommends that the Customer use appropriate technical means to minimize the risks indicated above, in particular, the use of anti-virus and identity protection programs on the Internet. Furthermore, the Seller reminds the Customer that it never asks the Customer to provide its password or personal codes in any form whatsoever.

5. The Customer undertakes not to use the resources or functions of the Online Store for any activity contrary to the interests of the Seller, that is to say and without this list being exhaustive, (i) advertising activities linked to another Professional or to products other than those offered by the Seller, (ii) the publication of content unrelated to the activities of the Seller, (iii) the publication of illicit, false or misleading content.

3-Orders

1. The Customer may place an order on the Online Store via the Store Website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

2. The Customer who places an order via the Store Website, completes his order by selecting the Products he wishes to purchase. The Products are added to the order by pressing the BUY button located under the presented on the Store Website. After completing his order by adding all the desired Products to the “CART” and indicating the delivery and payment method, the Customer then validates his order by sending the order form to the Seller, via the “ORDER AND PAY” button. Each time, before sending the order to the Seller, the Customer is informed of the total price of the selected Products and the Delivery, as well as all additional costs that he is obliged to incur in connection with the Sales Agreement.

 

4-Guarantees

1.During this period, the Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement or make a declaration of price reduction due to a defect in the Products. If the Customer has demanded the replacement of the Products with defect-free Products or the elimination of a defect, the period for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement or for submitting a declaration of price reduction begins at the time of the expiry without effect of the period for replacement of the Products or elimination of a defect.

2.Any complaint relating to the Products or the execution of the Sales Contract may be submitted by the Customer by email to support@remimakeup.com or in writing to the Seller’s address.

3. The Seller confirms receipt of the complaint to the customer and has 14 working days after receipt of the complaint to respond to it.

4. Any complaint regarding the use of the free services provided electronically may be submitted by the Customer by email to support@remimakeup.com or in writing to the Seller’s address. The complaint must include a description of the problem raised by the Customer. The Seller confirms receipt of the complaint and has 14 working days after receipt of the complaint to respond to it.

5. The Seller excludes its liability under the legal guarantee of conformity towards Professionals.

5-Reporting a threat or violation of rights

 

1. If the Customer or any other person or entity considers that the content published on the Store Website violates his/her property or personal rights, applicable law and public order, the principles of fair competition, his/her know-how, his/her secrets protected by law or on the basis of an obligation, his/her good morals, his/her feelings, his/her morals or his/her beliefs, he/she may notify the Seller of a potential violation.

2. The Seller, informed of a potential violation, takes immediate measures to remove from the Store Website the content causing the violation.

 

6-Commercial Guarantee

 

1. The Products offered by the Seller may be covered by the warranty granted by the manufacturer of the Products or the distributor.

2. In the case of Products covered by the warranty, information on the existence and content of the warranty is available on the Store Website.

 

7-Protection of personal data

 

1. The conditions for processing personal data and the privacy policy are set out in the Privacy Policy annexed to these General Conditions.

 

8-These General Conditions come into force from 05/8/2024.
